What is Dagmaker?Dagmaker is a web based interface that allows online sellers to quickly import, list, manage and sell to multiple online marketplaces across the world. This enables online sellers from those that are just starting their online business to seasoned e-commerce sellers to quickly boost their sales by listing and managing their products to the world's largest marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay and Etsy. Dagmaker takes the complexity and coding required to import, cross list and manage your inventory across multiple marketplaces away from users and replaces it with automated workflows via a simple and intuitive interface.

Which marketplaces do you support?Dagmaker supports the following marketplaces: eBay Amazon Shopify Vinted Depop Mercari Etsy Facebook Poshmark Wix All marketplaces are supported with the Express Crosslisting features. Amazon and eBay marketplaces are also fully supported with the Inventory Management and Stock Sync features.

Can you relist and delist your listings?Yes of course! Once a listing has been posted through the Dagmaker interface, the ability to relist or delist your listing is very straightforward. This is done by simply selecting and deselecting the listing from the dashboard.

Do you offer a free trial?Yes. You can easily sign up to our no obligation, no payment 3 day free trial of Dagmaker. Once you've signed up with your details you will have access to all of the features available on Dagmaker with a limitation of 20 listings.

What happens after the free trial?After the free trial you have two options: 1) If you decide not to subscribe ​to a Dagmaker Price Plan then you will not be charged anything and your access to the Dagmaker interface will be revoked. Our free trial is 100% free and does not require any payment information to sign up, so there is no charge if you don't wish to proceed! ​ 2) If you decide to continue your journey with Dagmaker, simply go to the Price Plan option you'd like from the Pricing section on the website. Once prompted, log into your Dagmaker account and click on the Upgrade button in the notifications section of the interface. Here you can choose which Price Plan you'd like to purchase. Additionally your 20 listings from your free trial will automatically be transferred over to your subscription.

Why should I manage my listings with Dagmaker's Item Catalogue instead of directly via the marketplace site?The Item Catalogue feature is part of Inventory Management and allows you to centralise and manage all of your listings from various marketplaces and regions. This means all of your listings from various marketplaces can be imported into one place. You can even add to your inventory by creating new listings directly into the Item Catalogue. Once all of your existing and new listings are in the Item Catalogue you can then publish them as new listings to eBay and Amazon. This means that you can keep track of your entire inventory with one single dashboard, regardless of how many different eBay or Amazon user accounts you may have, consequently saving you having to manage your listings via multiple logins & marketplaces.

What are the advantages and uses of Dagmaker's Inventory Management feature?The Inventory Management feature will helps users build up their Inventory Catalogue consequently enabling them to quickly list and manage their listings across multiple channels. With Inventory Management users can centrally manage their listings quickly using some of the following features: - Instantly import listings from Amazon using an ASIN CSV file - Instantly import listings via CSV files - Check and review the status of imported CSV files - Publish listings in bulk to both Amazon and eBay - Edit listing attributes in bulk for quicker posting - Use advanced filtering options to quickly check and browse through all listings

Do you provide a CSV template for importing listings to Inventory Management?Yes. You can easily import your listings into the Inventory Management feature in Dagmaker by using our CSV template. The CSV template can be downloaded directly from the Inventory Management section in Dagmaker which can then be filled in with the relevant listing attributes.

Is there a way to suggest or request a new feature to Dagmaker?Yes. We recognise that the insights and experiences of our users who are live online sellers is invaluable. Hence while we pride ourselves on ensuring we have the most relevant and up to date features required for our users we also see the need to constantly be adapting our offering to meet new demands, challenges and requirements. All of our subscribed users can contact us via our support portal and submit their ideas and suggestions to us directly. We will then take the suggestion and add it into our product backlog for development. Ideas and suggestions marked for development will be addressed in order of priority based on the number of users requesting the same feature. The progress and priority of requested features can then be monitored via our monthly newsletter which our users can subscribe to.

Which web browsers support the usage of Dagmaker?We design and develop the features and functionality of Dagmaker with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari. These three web browsers are fully supported. While we are unaware of any restrictions or issues with using other web browsers such as Firefox, Opera etc, we strongly recommend the usage of Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge.

What hardware / server requirements do I need to use Dagmaker?Dagmaker is a web based platform. This means that our users do not need to have servers or extensive amounts of compute and hardware to run our services. All you need is a computer with a decent internet connection and access to a web browser such as Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge. Typically we would expect a user to have at least 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload internet speed to use Dagmaker. You can check your internet speed by going to this using the Google Internet Speed Test.

What Operating System do I need for Dagmaker?Dagmaker is agnostic to operating systems as it is a web based platform. You only need to access a supported web browser such as Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge for Dagmaker to function.

What is your cancellation policy?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
